Based out of the sprawling metropolis of Chicago, Phil Dunavan has been crafting little catchy song gems for the better part of 25 years...

Even though I'd been playing piano & tinkering on keyboard technology as a youngster, it was thru an unexpected (but amazing) gift of a special fender strat electric guitar that my songwriting curiosity was sparked way back when.

Over the years, I've crafted many many songs, but somehow hadn't gotten together the motivation (i.e. time & money) to try & seriously put these musical ideas down more permanently.

Well, that's changed since now turning the big 5-0.  It's long overdue, but hopefully better late than never.  I'm releasing some of my best tunes together on my inaugural album release entitled "Phil Dunavan- Golden Greats".  Should be out sometime by summer 2024- on vinyl, CD & digital.  So check back to the site periodically, or be sure to sign up on the email list as well to hear updates about the site & release information.  Thanks so much for reading this, and for visiting!  Hope to keep in touch!   All my Best, Phil
